Description

I have completed a coaching course at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. This course has taught me how to coach and mentor others in a professional setting. I have learned how to give feedback, communicate effectively, and help others improve their problem solving capabilities. I have also learned how to be a good listener and how to help others achieve their goals.
